Couple of odd things, there is some play in hinges, though the bolts have been tightened pretty tight, it feels like the holes are bigger than they need to be. So, you are either making it so tight it won't move, or give it a reasonable tension, and end up with some play. The monitor tends to hang down maybe 5 degrees, slight thing but it cannot be corrected easy by moving the monitor without unbolting it and adjusting the one bolt on the plate. The bag package seemed to show rust, but once removed no rust was found. Seems strange, maybe the pain reacts with a plastic in some odd way. I did not use hardware provided, but spent $10 on custom high grade hardware, and it works very well. After some use, I see some pain/plastic shavings falling from the hinge at the wall plate.
